ZonoTV sells subscription access to third-party IPTV services. We do not host, store, produce, own, or broadcast any television channels, movies, series, live streams, or other media content ourselves. All media content is supplied and transmitted entirely by independent third-party providers, over whom ZonoTV has no editorial or technical control.
1. Notices of Alleged Infringement
If you believe content accessible through a service ZonoTV provides access to infringes your copyright, you may send us a written notice including:
- Your name and contact information.
- A description of the copyrighted work in question.
- The specific location (URL, channel name, etc.) of the material.
- A statement describing the nature of the alleged infringement.
- Your signature
2. What We Do With Notices
Upon receiving a notice, ZonoTV will forward it to the relevant third-party provider and retain a record of the notice, consistent with Canada’s Notice-and-Notice framework under the Copyright Act. Forwarding a notice is not an admission of wrongdoing by ZonoTV, the provider, or any account holder, and Canadian law does not obligate us to remove or verify third-party content on receipt of a notice.
3. Limitation of Liability
ZonoTV acts solely as an intermediary connecting clients with independent IPTV providers. We make no representations or warranties regarding the content, legality or availability of any channel or stream supplied by third parties, and we disclaim liability for any such content to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Account Action
ZonoTV reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict or discontinue a client’s access to a service if a provider relationship is terminated or if we determine it necessary to reduce legal exposure.
